We had a beautiful Labor Day weekend here in Portland. The weather was wonderful and there were lots of amazing pieces to be found. Here is what we got.
Here in the great Northwest we have lots of Portland Pride and any vintage Portland items we find are always a fast sell. I was very excited when I found this 1978 Thomas Brose Portland wall map. It's huge, 69'' x 51''. Here it is displayed in our space at Hawthorne Vintage // Sold
Our project piece for this weekend was reupholstering this armchair by Sigvard Bernadotte for France & Daverkosen. Sold
On Friday instead of going to local garage or estate sales I picked a direction and drove 100 miles round trip and came home with this amazing Borge Mogensen secretary desk. // Sold
Danish bookcase with concealed storage. I got two of them. They are both available at Hawthorne Vintage.
Along with the map of Portland I also got a map of Oregon. // Sold. The spaghetti lamp needs to be rewired and will be available soon.
